This job was a health and safety emergency. The current landscape of the hospital carpark needed to be made into a rage of safe zones to enable safe movement from carpark to hospital. This included safe walking zones for pedestrians, widening of footpaths to make them wheelchair compliant, and clear demarcation on both the roads and footpaths.

Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Unit

Phase 1

Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Unit Phase 1 demolition - Pre-Demolition - Isolation of current services, removal of aircon, electrics and mechanical within the zone. Followed by full demolition and removal from site all within a 6 week programme before the Christmas break.

Phase 2

Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Unit - Mechanical & Electrical isolation within Zone 2 of of the hospital. We created a temporary WC and a secondary reception within the atrium area of the hospital which allowed the main works to take place.

Refurbishment
Avebury Ward

The hospital ward refurbishment project involves a full strip-out of existing finishes and a comprehensive upgrade to create a modern, safe, and efficient clinical environment. Works include the installation of new flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, and specialist lighting, alongside improvements to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and IT infrastructure. Key systems such as medical gases, fire safety, and security are also upgraded, while new furniture, storage solutions, and nurse stations are installed to enhance functionality. The project incorporates strict infection control measures, updated windows and signage, and improved patient comfort through entertainment and communication systems, ensuring a high-quality, fully compliant healthcare facility.

E9 Residential Extension

Phase 1

Building Control notice to Commence and we’re off: Scaffold up along with a tin roof and surrounding monoflex. Roof Demolition and internal strip-out. Strip the whole house back to basics so we can start the new phase.

Phase 2

Brickwork up to form the new extension. Internal Walls to be formed. Start the new Mechanical and Electrical rewire 1st Fix. Scaffold adaption and brickwork up to the new roof level. Form the new Floor Joists for the 2nd Floor. Form the new Roof Trusses. Felt and Batten the Roof.

Phase 3

Fit the new Velux Windows and Tile the Roof. Internally Close-up Walls and Ceilings. Plaster the new Walls and Ceilings. Strike the Scaffold following water tests and Inspections. Carpentry 2nd Fix including the skirtings/architraves and hang the new doors. Complete the new staircase.

Phase 4

Decorations.
New Flooring.
M&E 2nd Fix and Finals.
Fit-out Bathrooms.
Fit-out Kitchen.
Fit new furnishings etc..

All complete start to finish in 8 weeks.

Bromley Pointing

Bromley Pointing - Repositioning externally as well as some render works. BEGA also worked internally on a full refurbishment, including insulating the walls and skimming and decorating them. BEGA also added new flooring finishes.
